APS Properties maintains a Priority List for leases beginning in May or August. Those on the top of the list will be given first choice for an apartment or house. However, the Priority List is OPTIONAL for future tenants.

If a person has an interest, BOTH of the following steps should be followed by each person to be on the future lease:

With an application and deposit on file, an individual would be on our priority list. This deposit is FULLY REFUNDABLE for ANY reason so there is NO risk.
